(1) Vendor needs to provide municipal employee compensation and classification study service to the government authority located in Berlin, VT. – Provide compensation and classification study for all budgeted municipal positions.– Compensation Benchmarking: • Collect and analyze current compensation data (base wages, step, longevity progression, shift differentials, overtime structures) for all budgeted positions.– Total Compensation Analysis: • Analyze full benefit package including health insurance, retirement, leave accrual, longevity pay, and employer–paid taxes alongside base wages to produce a total compensation comparison.– Classification Review:• Using the updated job descriptions provided by the town, evaluate whether current position titles and pay rates structure are internally consistent, appropriate for berlin’s size and public service functions and aligned with market comparable. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 7, 2026.
