(1) Vendor needs to provide crime scene evaluation solution.• The Agency seeks proposals for a Crime Scene Evaluation Solution that provides the capability to locate, evaluate, enhance, document, measure, and preserve physical evidence in both field and laboratory environments.– Crime Scene Evaluation Solution Specifications• The solution shall provide investigators with real–timeevidence detection and documentation capabilities in both field and laboratory environments.• The solution shall be portable and suitable for field deployment.• The solution shall allow evidence evaluation without permanently altering or destroying the evidence.• The solution shall include all hardware, software, batteries, chargers, accessories, and carrying equipment necessary for normal operation.• System Architecture: The solution shall consist of an integrated forensic imaging system or a combination of compatible components designed to function together as a complete crime scene evaluation solution.• Imaging Capabilities: The solution shall:1. Capture high–resolution digital images suitable for investigative and evidentiary purposes.2. Produce high–quality color images with minimal image noise.3. Operate effectively in low–light conditions.4. Provide image stabilization through optical, electronic, or equivalent technology.5. Capture still images and, if available, video.6. Store images in industry–standard digital formats.• Spectral Imaging: The solution shall support alternate light source imaging for forensic examinations. – The solution shall provide illumination within the ultraviolet (UV), visible, and near–infrared (IR) portions of the electromagnetic spectrum.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 10, 2026.
