(1) Vendor needs to provide engineering services to the government authority located in Monroe, MI.– Pre–design investigations, including soil borings and groundwater elevation analysis as needed to determine rock and soil strata and evaluate suitability for construction ofimprovements, research of available utility and public infrastructure record drawings, and identification of any likely environmental constraints and challenges that may impact finaldesign.– Assistance in and preparation for conducting the preconstruction conference and necessary follow–up.– Review of shop drawings, cut sheets, or similar for approval of all materials and equipment to be incorporated into the project.– Field staking, construction engineering, on–site supervision of all construction work, and reparation of inspection reports.– Review and approval of all contractor requests for payment and submission of approved requests to the governing body.– Providing reproducible plan drawings to the City upon project completion.– Conducting final inspection and testing.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 30, 2026.
