25-04 North Bay Underground Injection Control Wells ASADRA

The Bay County Board of County Commissioners is seeking bids from qualified contractors for the North Bay Underground Injection Control (U.I.C.) Injection Wells. All equipment and materials shall be provided by the contractor to install, integrate and commission the equipment and piping to Bay County standards and the manufacture of the equipment and material requirements to maintain the factory warranty, and restore all activity locations to preconstruction condition. Work shall be performed in accordance with the Carollo Technical Specifications shown at Exhibit 2 and the Bay County U.I.C. Well Permit Application shown at Exhibit 3. Funding for the project may be made possible through the Florida Department of Environmental Protection Additional Supplemental Appropriations for Disaster Relief Act (ASADRA) program through the Clean Water State Revolving Fund Grant and is contingent on strict conformance to the guidelines set forth by FDEP and the EPA. Respondents shall comply with the FDEP Supplementary Conditions shown in the Carollo Technical Specifications at Exhibit 2 and the labor standards clauses shown at Exhibit 4.
