(1) Vendor needs to provide behaviour–based leadership and culture development services to the government authority located in Bismarck, ND.– Provide behaviour–based leadership training to focus on culture and retention, to ultimately improve culture and employee experience.– Development must emphasize observable leadership behaviours, real–world application, practice, feedback, accountability, relationship building, empowerment, collaboration across organizational boundaries, strategic thinking, and leading through uncertainty and change.– Provide ongoing facilitated culture practice sessions and executive leadership development that build upon work already underway.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 25, 2026.
