(1) Vendor needs to provide emergency staff notification system.– Seeking a high–speed, automated communication system to deliver both emergency and routine notifications by voice, email, text, and desktop alert to recipients with all varieties of devices.– Support Microsoft single sign–on.– Ability to create unlimited custom alerting groups.– System must have the ability to structure these alerting groups hierarchically, with sub–groups nesting into larger groups.– Allow for the creation, storage, and usage of message templates with the option to edit a message before sending or create a message without using a template.– Enable message recipients to confirm receipt of a message via telephone key press, email, and text message.– Provide a real–time notification tracking dashboard, which managers can monitor for message delivery confirmation and other responses from their assigned groups.– Ability to initiate and deliver notifications 24x7 with at least 99.99% uptime.– Ability to recognize answering machines and voicemail and deliver notification at the appropriate interval without leaving truncated or repeated messages.– Send communications via multiple channels, including text, voice call (mobile and landline), email, and desktop alert, using a cascade or simultaneous format.– Ability to schedule a notification for a future date and time delivery.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 7, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
