GIS-1939 - USA (Virginia) - Carbon Development Geospatial Analysis Service - Deadline July 9,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide carbon development geospatial analysis service. – The Offeror will design and implement reproducible geospatial and remote sensing workflows (preferred platform: Google Earth Engine) and deliver quality–assured spatial outputs and technical documentation. Work will be conducted in close coordination with Organization’s technical, carbon, finance, and program teams through regular coordination and iterative refinement of outputs based on Organization feedback.– Provide Organization with scalable, reproducible geospatial workflows and on–demand technical support that strengthen Organization’s carbon development pipeline across diverse geographies and project types.– The work will enable consistent, data–driven screening, prioritization, and feasibility–stage spatial analysis for interventions including restoration (ARR), avoided deforestation and degradation (REDD+), improved forest management (IFM), and blue carbon. Outputs must be decision–ready and packaged for integration into Organization internal frameworks.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 17, 2026.
