(1) Vendor needs to provide state legislative advocacy service to the government authority located in California. • Assisting air district's executive officer and legislative staff in implementing the air district's legislative agenda. • Monitoring legislative developments and assist air district staff where necessary with testifying and negotiating on behalf of air district–sponsored legislation.• Assisting air district staff, consultants, or other parties as requested by the air district, including generating support or opposition, and coordinating or assisting in bill advocacy.• Advocating on identified legislative proposals as directed by the Air District.• Providing testimony in committee and other hearings(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 7, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
