Description
The scope of work shall consist of but not limited to the following: Removal and replacement of the roofs on the Fire Station #1 Garage with an insulated TPO roof, including insulation and coverboard to meet 2018 IBC, gutters, downspouts, flashing and trim, penetration boots, and other materials and labor required, including a 20 year NDL warranty. Spot repair or full replacement of the roof decking and framing system to be performed as directed. Cleaning and painting of exposed structural steel. Selected repairs or improvements to existing masonry and steel building components.
