Wintersmith House Student Center Monument Sign

Fabricate and install the exterior monument signage at the Chickasaw Nation's new ECU student center located at 500 S. Highland in Ada, OK. The Nation will provide the digital design file for the seal. The Nation requests that the pricing be broken out as described below. Please also include the lead time for each option: - Turn-key installation that includes sign foundation, base, stone, steel support, and double-sided seal with the seal made of cast bronze - Turn-key installation that includes sign foundation, base, stone, steel support, and double-sided seal with the seal made of routed aluminum - Seal only in cast bronze, sign foundation and base to be provided by others - Seal only in routed aluminum, sign foundation and base to be provided by others Please email bids to Leaann.crabtree@chickasaw.net Bids will be received no later than 3:00 pm Friday, July 17, 2026 Attached is modifications of signs needed.
