(1) Vendor needs to provide learning management system options. • Capable of supporting 45,000+ active user accounts and training records, including non–City employees (volunteers, Neighborhood Council Members, Commissioners, etc), with zero latency • Allow for the City’s training files to be uploaded to the LMS • Run compliance reports with customizable data criteria • Integrate with the City’s HR System for user data • Organize users into different security levels/permissions • Have access/ability to add additional courses or catalogs(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 4, 2026.
