EXTRA-76698 - USA (Cook, Illinois) - Court Involved Youth Service - Deadline October 28,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide court involved youth service to the government authority located in Cook, IL. – Provide the facility, staffing, transportation and administration of reporting centers.– Provide programming to court involved youth addressing social determinate of health, engaging youth in pro–social programming, and teaching skills to ensure positive behaviour change, regardless of identified gender from 10 years old to 21st birthday with no exclusionary criteria.– The To keep youth in the community and out of the detention center.– To reduce the risk of entering the detention center on a violation of probation or supervision, or when arrested on a new offense.– Provide support services to assist in reducing non–engaging behaviour.– To engage youth in pro–social activities and teaching skills to elicit behaviours change.– Reduction of youth held in the juvenile temporary detention center– Reduction in violations of probation or supervision– Increase in arrest free youth while pending case processing and participating in programming– Increase pro–social knowledge and skills for increased positive decision making(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 25, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years. (4) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 2, 2026
