(1) Vendor needs to provide retirement plan administration and record keeping service to the government authority located in Yakima, WA.– Provide retirement plan administration, record keeping, education, communications, investment–related, and other services for the Empower 457(b) Deferred Compensation Plan and Nationwide 457(b) Deferred Compensation Plan– Include the following:– Enhancing participant retirement outcomes– Analyzing the overall competitiveness of the Plans– Providing for the integrated administration and reporting for the Plans– Offering the most appropriate investment menu(s)– Improving participant education and communication services– Enhancing the formal education for the Deferred Compensation Executive Committee – Providing robust on–line transaction and information capabilities– Providing support for as many administrative functions as deemed appropriate– Evaluating alternative pricing structures, including the consolidation of Plans to one recordkeeper(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 8, 2026.
