MRB-56703 - USA (New Mexico) - Enhance and Operate Airport Advertising Concession Service - Deadline October 1,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide enhance and operate airport advertising concession service. – To design, install, operate, and manage an innovative, state–of–the–art Airport Advertising Concession.– Create an innovative, state–of–the–art advertising program that optimizes advertising effectiveness and minimizes visual clutter; – Develop an aesthetically appealing advertising program aimed at creating a unique and positive impression on tourists, conventioneers, and visitors.– Ensure that the advertising is impactful yet balanced, avoiding an overwhelming number of ads for these groups. – Feature displays that are aesthetically consistent with the Airport’s unique sense of place, and are complementary to the Airport's design and architectural standards, without interfering with operational efficiencies, or overshadowing the Airport's Arts Program; – Feature displays incorporating contemporary advertising approaches, innovative media, and the latest technology; – Maximize advertising revenues for both the Advertising Concessionaires and the Airport; – Provide opportunities for participation within the small business community and encourage outreach to state businesses and locally–relevant advertisers to preserve the Albuquerque sense of place.– The city has not restricted the proposed advertising program to specific sizes, media types, or other programming characteristics for the offered Airport Advertising Concession.(2) A non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on September 3, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than September 15, 2026.
