(1) Vendor needs to provide parking services in support of the national institutes to the government authority located in Rockville, MD. – Provide facilitate parking services to more than 20,000 employees at the campus, the many companies who do business and numerous visitors from around the world, which includes medical patients who participate in programs.– Parking services operation is a stack–parking or attendant–assisted parking operation rather than a typical parking operation consisting of self–park lots and garage fee collection.– Designing, implementing, and managing methods and systems to deliver the necessary services to meet the government’s quality and performance requirements.– Direct, coordinate, stack–park, inspect, and secure up to 1,000 cars daily, primarily during a two–hour period that coincides with the morning rush hour.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
