(1) Vendor needs to provide simultaneous interpretation services including professional interpreters, interpretation equipment, installation, operation, technical support, and dismantling.A. Interpretation Services• Provide a minimum of two (2) professional simultaneous interpreters for the event.• Ensure simultaneous interpretation throughout the duration of each programme.• Review agendas, presentations, background documents, and relevant technical terminology in advance to ensure accurate interpretationB. Interpretation Equipment• Supply, install, test, operate, and dismantle all necessary simultaneous interpretation equipment.• Ensure all equipment functions properly throughout each event without interruption.• Submit separate financial quotations for each event
