(1) Vendor needs to provide professional planning and engineering services to the government authority located in Okaloosa, FL. –The consultant will be responsible for all work needed to obtain an easement from the Air Force for any portion of the project that is on Government property.– The consultant will analyze and assess the project's impact on the social, economic, cultural, natural, and physical environment, to develop the location and design concept of the project in accordance.(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 16, 2026.
