(1) Vendor needs to provide speech and language pathologist supervisors and speech and language pathologist assistants support staff services to the government authority located in Providence, RI.• Ensure that the support personnel are assigned only those duties and responsibilities for which the person has been specifically trained and which the assistant is qualified to perform. • Ensure that persons who will be receiving services from support personnel, or the person’s legal representative, are informed that services are being rendered by support personnel. • Adhere to applicable licensure laws and rules regulating the practice of speech–language pathology. • Conduct ongoing competency evaluations.• Accurately document and regularly record all supervisory activities, both direct and indirect. • Develop, review, and modify treatment plans for students, patients, and clients.
