(1) Vendor needs to provide filming and video production services.• Services may include, but are not limited to, creative development, scripting, interview preparation, storyboarding, production planning, location scouting, filming, drone, videography, editing, motion graphics, animation, color correction, sound design, captioning, and delivery of final media assts for use across digital, broadcast, presentation, and social media platforms.– Video Production Services– The selected firm may also be requested to produce additional video content in support of Economic Development Agency initiatives, including but not limited to:• Business attraction and retention campaigns• Retail and commercial development initiatives• International trade and investment activities• Destination marketing• Major announcements• Community engagement initiatives• Promotional campaigns• Other marketing and communication projects as assigned– The selected firm shall utilize professional–grade production equipment capable of capturing broadcast–quality video in a minimum resolution of 4K UHD unless otherwise approved by the City.– Professional audio recording equipment, lighting, stabilization, and appropriate camera support equipment shall be utilized as necessary to achieve high production quality.– The selected firm shall utilize industry–standard professional post–production software and workflows.– Services may include editing, motion graphics, animation, color correction, color grading, audio mixing, captioning, graphic design, and delivery of final media formats specified by the agency.– The selected firm shall be available to support both scheduled and time–sensitive assignments, including occasional evening and weekend productions.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 5, 2026.
