GIS-2086 - USA (Pomona, New York) - Street Level Panoramic Imagery, LiDAR and GIS Asset Inventory Services - Deadline October 29,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide street level panoramic imagery, lidar and GIS asset inventory services to the government authority located in Pomona, NY. – To provide 360–degree street–level panoramic imagery with integrated LiDAR point–cloud capture for approximately 200 lane miles of County roadway, based on ArcGIS geodatabases provided.– The work shall include data capture and processing, hosted access to the imagery and LiDAR, integration with the County's existing ArcGIS environment, extraction and delivery of specified GIS asset inventories, training, and technical support.• Imagery Quality and Measurement Accuracy • LiDAR Data Format and Portability • Integrated Web–Based Access • Esri ArcGIS Integration • Cloud Hosting and Access Term • Elevation Visualization and Measurement • Privacy Filtering • GIS Asset Inventory and Attribute Extraction • Ownership attribution note • Quality Assurance / Quality Control (2) A pre–bid meeting will be held on October 15, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than October 19, 2026.(4) The contract period will be two years.
