The City of Avondale (the “City”) is issuing this Request For Proposals (this “RFP”) seeking proposals (“Proposals”) from qualified, licensed firms (“Vendors”) interested in providing professional services consisting of Brief Project Description (fill in the blank) (the “Services”). The City will consider all Proposals to develop the Property that meet the requirements of this RFP. However, the City prefers an approach that will result in a Development Agreement to document development commitments, and a Purchase and Sale Agreement to eventually transfer title of the Property to the Proposer.
