CONS-24967 - USA (New Shoreham, Rhode Island) - Preliminary Architectural Design and Engineering Services - Deadline November 16,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide preliminary architectural design and engineering services to the government authority located in New Shoreham, RI. – For a new fire station and police station improvements.– Review and finalize the facility requirements for the fire and rescue operations, accounting for future growth. – Identify community concerns that may impact project options. – Prepare conceptual site and building plans for review and evaluation.– Develop a preliminary construction cost estimate for each conceptual plan.– Prepare a comparative analysis of each conceptual option based on all findings and provide a recommendation for that option which is the most cost effective and best meets the Program requirements.– Provide presentation materials and displays for public review and comment for each conceptual plan and assist with the presentation at Town board meetings and/or public hearings.(2) A pre–bid conference will be held on November 6, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than November 13, 2026.
