CLEANING-13357 - USA (Evansville, Indiana) - Custodial Services - Deadline August 13,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide custodial services to the government authority located in Evansville, IN. – The contractor will provide a minimum of six (6) full–time employees (8 hours per each) Third Shift to clean all public areas, classroom and remaining areas between the hours of 10:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m., Sunday through Thursday.– The contractor will provide a minimum of two (2) full time employees (8 hours per day each) to provide Night Office/ Portor cleaning and other available areas.– Contractor will be responsible for all materials and supplies to satisfy this contract. Key items to include:• Sanitary wax liners• Trash bags 45Gal, 20–30Gal, 10Gal• Spill kits• Dry erase board cleaner• General disinfectant cleaner for each room.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 6, 2026.
