(1) Vendor needs to provide banking and non–banking monetary services to the government authority located in Stone Mountain, GA.– Provide normal depository and treasury–management services, including wire transfers, stop payments, returned items, debit and credit items.– The bank will be required to provide full account–reconciliation services, including complete summaries of account activity detailing paid and unpaid checks, deposits, and miscellaneous credits, with electronic reporting and data transmission capabilities.– This account will provide for the control of deposits and, as needed, daily disbursements from Central Administration sources, except for funds that legally may not be commingled and must be deposited or invested separately.– Provide the control and disbursement function for various payroll cycles processed during the month.– Secure web–based online banking and treasury–management services that, at a minimum, provide the following: – Daily balance information. – Detailed account activity. – Electronic statements. – Intraday reporting for controlled disbursements. – Fund transfers. (2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on November 17, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 20, 2026.
