(1) Vendor needs to provide continuing professional engineering services to the government authority located in Oviedo, FL.• With these primary engineering and consulting services, supporting services such as site/civil engineering, financial support services for utility projects, surveying, geotechnical engineering, transportation engineering, and stormwater engineering shall be provided.▪ Prepare construction plans and specifications,▪ Prepare estimates of probable construction costs,▪ Prepare engineering studies,▪ Prepare engineering reports,▪ Prepare and processing permit applications,▪ Prepare bid documents and supporting the city through the bidding process,▪ Provide construction services: administration, inspections, and monitoring,▪ Provide specialized engineering and consulting services,▪ Prepare grant applications and provide administration assistance for grants,▪ Develop materials for city council and public meetings and participate in those meetings(2) The contract period will be for three years.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 5, 2026.
