(1) Vendor needs to provide federal revenue enhancement and claiming systems support services to the government authority located in Illinois. – For adoption assistance and guardianship assistance subsidies, support and maintenance of the systems and processes used for federal claiming, cost allocation support, and technical assistance related to claiming, audits, and federal program reviews.• Federal revenue claimed and retained at the level available under the Department's approved cost allocation and claiming methodologies.• Federal claims and reports submitted within federal deadlines in every quarterly and annual cycle.• No interruption to federal claiming, reporting, or audit activity during the transition at the start of the contract term.• No federal disallowances, deferrals, or audit findings caused by claim preparation or supporting documentation.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 19, 2026.
