(1) Vendor needs to provide program management support services to the government authority located in Indianapolis, IN.– Provide technical assistance and staff augmentation services in support of the capital projects division who are responsible for the successful delivery of on–street infrastructure projects.– Team shall be comprised of up to two individuals who will serve as embedded teammates, and up to six subject matter experts.– Seeking one full–time embedded staff member and may request another part–time (targeting half–time) staff member.– Conduct engineering review of and communicate impacts on bus stop design plans and specifications on projects.– Provide technical and policy support to help achieve transit priority initiatives through development and management of interlocal agreements or other third–party agreements.– Lead and manage utility relocation process on one or more projects.– Manage and provide technical input for transit signal priority projects and initiatives.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 9,2026.(3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on September 16, 2026.
