(1) Vendor needs to provide audio and visual system upgrade service to the government authority located in Holladay, UT. • Provide the design, procurement, installation, configuration, testing, training, and support services necessary to upgrade and modernize audio/visual systems.• Services may include design, procurement, installation, programming, integration, testing, commissioning, training, and documentation of selected technologies.• New wired and wireless microphone systems.• Voice amplification throughout meeting spaces.• Large–format displays with current HDMI connectivity standards.• Replacement of obsolete display and presentation technologies.• Integrated presentation system supporting laptops and mobile devices.• Centralized control system for room operation.• Ability to route and manage audio and video sources throughout meeting areas.• Video conferencing integration.• Meeting recording and live–streaming capabilities.• Enhanced speaker systems to improve intelligibility.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 28, 2026.
