(1) Vendor needs to provide social media archiving solution. – Provide gather information, market research, technical capabilities and budget planning for social media archiving solution.– Social media archiving solutions, including their features, capabilities, technology, security, integration options, implementation requirements, ongoing support, and estimated costs.– Core solution requirements:– Near real–time automated archiving: Automated, near real–time capture of all social media activity across connected accounts to ensure complete retention of posts, comments, replies, images, videos, and direct messages.– Comprehensive platform support: Archiving capabilities for, but not limited to: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), YouTube, Flickr, and Next–door.– Solution architecture and technical capabilities:– Platform Coverage: Describe your platform's integration methods (e.g., direct API connections) for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, Flickr, and Next–door.– Capture Frequency: Detail the frequency and mechanism used for automated record capture (e.g., real–time streaming, API polling intervals).– Modified Content Handling: Explain how your system captures and presents edited, deleted, or hidden posts and comments.– System access, search, and public records export:– Search & Discovery: Describe the system's search capabilities (e.g., keyword, date range, account–specific, media type, proximity search).– Export Functionality: List all available export file formats.– Implementation and support.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 29, 2026.
