STAFF-16672 - USA (Ohio) - Catholic Religious Education Coordinator Service - Deadline August 27,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide catholic religious education coordinator service to the government authority located in Ohio. – The Contractor shall coordinate Catholic Religious Education for the agency Catholic faith community and serve as the primary resource person, advisor, and coordinator for the program.– The Catholic Religious Education (RE) Coordinator shall provide 25 hours of service per week, including office hours, Sunday and weekday programs, meetings, preparation, volunteer training, registration, special events, and administrative duties required.– The contractor shall plan and conduct annual registration, maintain student rosters and attendance records, and communicate approved schedules and requirements to parents and guardians.– The contractor shall schedule staff meetings and provide initial and annual volunteer orientation. Ensure catechists receive periodic evaluation and feedback.– The contractor shall review proposed curriculum and instructional materials for Catholic suitability and obtain ecclesiastical approval from the Catholic Priest before use.– The contractor shall prepare and submit an annual program budget to the Catholic Parish Pastor or his/her delegate.– The contractor shall help the chapel staff in coordinating and initiating annual background checks on all teachers, substitute teachers, and helpers over 18 years of age.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
