(1) Vendor needs to provide architectural and engineering design services to the government authority located in Abington, PA.         – Provide comprehensive planning, community engagement, architectural, engineering, and construction administration services.– A modern, accessible, sustainable, and adaptable community–centered library that reflects the needs and aspirations of residents today and for generations to come.– Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire protection systems.– Bidding and construction administration.– Furniture, fixtures, and equipment recommendations.– Interior design studies.– Conceptual and schematic design.– Architectural plans.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 27, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
