(1) Vendor needs to provide auditorium lighting and stage draperies replacement service to the government authority located in White Settlement, TX. – Upgrade the theatrical and house lighting systems.– This project will also include the replacement of stage draperies and curtains. The replacement of the stage draperies and curtains may be awarded either as part of the lighting upgrade project or as a separate contract.• Installation of new LED house lights (ETC ARCSystem Pro), zoned and controlled per District request• Programming of house lighting control to District–desired pre–sets• Full replacement of stage draperies and curtains with IFR–compliant materials, including:o Main border and center–split main drapeo Mid–stage and upstage center–split blackout drapeso Borders, legs, side–stage masking, tab curtainso Black scrim and seamless white cyc curtain(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 4, 2026.
