(1) Vendor needs to provide instructional coaching services to strengthen Tier 1 core instruction through job–embedded coaching that improves instructional planning, classroom practice, student engagement, differentiation, and implementation of high–quality curriculum materials to the government authority located in Rhode Island.1. Job–Embedded Instructional Coaching: Provide individualized and team–based coaching to classroom teachers through:- Classroom observations- Co–planning- Modeling instructional practices- Co–teaching when appropriate- Reflective coaching conversations- Goal setting and follow–up coaching cycles2. Tier 1 Instructional Improvement: Support teachers in strengthening universal instruction by improving:- Standards–aligned lesson planning- Clear learning targets and success criteria- Student engagement- Academic discourse- Differentiation and scaffolding3. Data–Driven Instruction: Assist teachers and administrators in using multiple sources of data to inform instruction, including:- Universal screening data- Classroom formative assessments- Progress monitoring- Student work analysis4. Professional Learning: Design and facilitate professional learning aligned with district priorities, including:- Differentiated instruction- Evidence–based instructional practices- Scaffolding for diverse learners- Student engagement strategies5.
