Relocation Services RFP

OHSU is conducting a competitive RFP to select one or more Relocation Services partners who can provide new hires and their families with a high-quality relocation experience at competitive, transparent rates. This RFP covers relocation management for OHSU new hires across faculty, research, clinical, nursing, staff, and executive roles. Respondents may propose on one or more service tiers. OHSU specifically seeks vendors who can support standard relocations (including relocation counseling, vehicle transport, temporary housing support, and home sale and purchase assistance), concierge relocations for executive candidates, and laboratory and research relocations for incoming equipment, instruments, and materials.
