(1) Vendor needs to provide specialized resource evaluations and planning service to the government authority located in Livermore, CA.• Watershed–based comprehensive regional mitigation planning to support existing and future permitting requirements. o Optimize agency mitigation planning work by seeking opportunities to coordinate with local cities and others within agency service area. o Review mitigation plans for regional context. • Review, develop or amend conservation easements or mitigation banking agreements including any applicable ecological studies required to facilitate negotiations. • Stewardship–focused watershed studies, collaborations, outreach, and similar.
