Genetec Security Center Maintenance & Support

The City of St. Petersburg is seeking quotes from qualified vendors for annual support and maintenance for Genetec Security Center Advantage System for an initial term of five years to be renewed annually. Genetec Advantage will allow for access to the Genetec Technical Assistance Center, an unlimited number of trouble tickets, access to minor and major release upgrades, technical appointment with a Genetec Technical Support Engineer, optional discount on Professional Services, and access to the Genetec Technical Assistance Portal. Vendor must provide labor rate and material discount percentage for service calls.
