(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Marion, AL. • Replace towels, tissue, and hand soap (to be supplied by CLIENT)• Empty trash• Clean mirrors• Toilets and urinals to be cleaned and disinfected inside and out. Toilet seats to be cleaned on both sides and disinfected• Scour and disinfect all basins.• Wet mop and rinse restroom floors• All trash receptacles to be emptied and trash carried to dumpster.• Replace trash can liners in all receptacles• Wet mop and rinse floors with disinfectant damp mop hard surface floors.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on Sep 16, 2026.
