(1) Vendor needs to provide next generation licensing platform.– The System is built on a Pegasystems business process management platform, hosted in the AWS cloud.– The System’s primary use is to help manage the State’s responsibilities for overseeing professional licensing, enforcement and tribunal case management, along with inspection programs.– Agency is seeking proposals from qualified parties who can provide IT professional services and project management related to the NGLP (Next Generation Licensing Platform) software application– Manage the development, quality assurance, maintenance and support activities– A rate card for performing UI/UX development to enhance efficiency and usability for internal/external users– A rate card for enhancement work to implement more complex changes in the State regulatory environment, including onboarding of new licensed professions and programs– Role–Based Access: The System provides the State with the ability to provision (via configuration) its organizational access policy as role–based access rules.– The System uses these rules to control access to all its capabilities and data.– Access to data is configurable across the System data model.– Workflow and Task Management: The System workflow engine provides modeling and automation of business processes, provides automated alerts, notifications, task delegation and escalation, and sets status and database events or changes to its data.– The System workflow engine provides a robust rules engine that implements decision logic within the workflow and provides multiple pathways through any given business workflow.– The workflow engine also provides reporting functionality, work baskets, and work lists to assist in the management of tasks.– The System allows internal users and supervisors the ability to view the status of all tasks for an individual and/or team.(2) The contract period will be for three years.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 14, 2026
