(1) Vendor needs to provide professional graphic design and production services.• The Agency is seeking a creative, experienced, and collaborative graphic design firm with demonstrated expertise in publication design, visual storytelling, and brand consistency.– Publication Specifications• Four (4) issues produced annually• Autumn, Winter, and Spring issues are approximately 68 pages• Summer issue is approximately 72 pages• Full–Color publication with 1/4 –inch bleed on all sides• Saddle–stitched binding• Final files prepared for commercial printing and digital publication• agency–friendly digital hosting services are desired but not required.• Development of the annual production calendar• Development of original, creative layouts and graphic designs consistent with the City’s branding and communication objectives• Maintenance of an overall publication design that remains consistent from issue to issue while incorporating seasonal themes, special events, and evolving content• Typesetting, page layout, graphic design, and formatting of all editorial and program content• Photo editing, image enhancement, graphic creation, and illustration, as needed• Incorporation of City provided photography, graphics, logos, and artwork• Preparation of print–ready production files, including preflight review and quality assurance• Coordination with the City’s print vendor, including delivery of final approved production files(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 24, 2026.(4) Mandatory/Recommended Pre–Proposal Meeting will be held on September 3, 2026.
