Description of Intended Products or Services Provided: Boehringer Ingelheim Animal Health USA Inc. is the sole manufacturer of HEARTGARD Plus, which is approved by the Federal Drug Administration to prevent heartworm disease in dogs as well as treat and control roundworms and hookworms; NexGard, which is approved by the Federal Drug Administration to protect dogs against fleas and ticks and prevent Lyme disease by killing black-legged ticks; NexGard PLUS which is approved by the Federal Drug Administration to protect dogs against fleas and ticks, prevent heartworm disease, and treat and control roundworms and hookworms; NexGard COMBO which is approved by the FDA for use in cats to kill fleas and ticks, prevent heartworm disease, and treat and control roundworms, hookworms, and tapeworms; RECOMBITEK Canine Vaccines; PUREVAX Feline Vaccines; and IMRAB rabies vaccines. Discounted pricing will be provided through the Partners in Protection Shelter Program Participation Agreement with Boehringer Ingelheim Animal Health USA, Inc.
