(1) Vendor needs to provide printing services to the government authority located in Nashville, TN. – Provide printing services for use by agency for printing calendars, newsletters, business cards and other printing needs that may arise. 1. Calendar printing:• Content:– Final artwork files: print–ready PDF preferred, or packaged InDesign/Illustrator files with all fonts and links included– Trim size and orientation (e.g., 11” × 17” flat; 8.5” × 11” folded)– Final format: fold down, hangable wall calendar– Total page count (including cover): 32• Quantity: Estimated quantity: ~6,800 units2. Newsletter printing:• Content:– Flat size: 11” × 17”– Folded size: 8.5” × 11”– Format: bi–fold newsletter– Minimum 0.125” bleeds plus crop marks• Quantity:– Estimated print run per issue: Around 12,700– Printed three (3) times per year– Estimated total annual volume: Around 38,0003. Business cards:• Content:– Standard business card– Design will stay the same– Only the names and contact information will change• Card material:– 10–130 lb.
