CLEANING-13573 - USA (Norfolk, Virginia) - Custodial Services for Parking Lots and Garages - Deadline September 25,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide custodial services for parking lots and garages to the government authority located in Norfolk, VA. – Provide Custodial Services for Eleven (11) Parking Lots, Parking Garages, common green spaces and support spaces.– Provide Housekeeping services include cleaning of the building facilities (parking garages, surface lots, common green spaces, public & private restrooms, break rooms, kitchenettes, public lobbies & corridors), regular and recyclable trash removal from interiors and lawns, furnishing expendable supplies, essential personnel status, and emergency response (i.e., water remediation, snow/ice removal at building entrances, inclement weather response, etc.).(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 11, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) Pre–bid conference will be held on August 26, 2026.
