(1) Vendor needs to provide transition project construction services to the government authority located in Leesburg, VA. – This project provides for the renovation of and addition an existing building for the agency.– The project includes the renovation of an existing 35,000–square–foot building, as well as the construction of an addition that will add 28,700 square feet to the property.• Sitework:– Earthwork including potential rock– On–site travel–ways and parking improvements– Stormwater management including underground detention facilities– Wet and dry underground utilities– Site lighting– Site signage and pavement markings– Curb, sidewalks, exterior stairs, trails, and paving– Landscaping and hardscaping– Fencing– Erosion and sediment controls(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 31, 2026.
