(1) Vendor needs to provide swimlane turbine cloud platform.– The engagement includes the Swimlane Turbine Cloud Platform Core subscription, Premium Support, and Implementation Services.– Platform Onboarding & Configurationo Provision Swimlane Turbine Cloud Platform for agency tenant.o Configure platform settings, user roles, and access controls.o Enable Hero prompts and configure AI–driven automation features.o Validate platform connectivity and baseline functionality.– Implementation Serviceo Deploy pre–built foundational use cases aligned to agency security operations.o Configure playbooks, workflows, and integrations to enable agency capabilities.o Provide installation and configuration delivery up to the purchased service tier.o Conduct knowledge transfer sessions with agency Security team.o Document configurations and provide an onboarding guide.– Premium Supporto Provide technical contact for escalation and incident support.o Deliver weekday business hours technical assistance.o Identify a backup support resource when primary contact is unavailable.– Reporting & Analyticso Provide reporting templates and automated reports.o Validate compliance mapping to relevant frameworks.(2) The contract period will be for three years.
