(1) Vendor needs to provide executive search services for manager recruitment to the government authority located in Riviera Beach, FL. – Executive search firms to conduct a comprehensive national recruitment for the position of Manager.• Develop a detailed recruitment schedule consistent with the agency’s anticipated twelve (12) week recruitment timeline.– Develop a comprehensive recruitment profile identifying:o Leadership competencies;o Desired qualifications;o Education requirements;o Professional and executive–level experience;o Personal characteristics– Develop and implement a nationwide recruitment strategy that includes:• Direct recruitment;• Professional networking;• Executive outreach;• National advertising;• Social media recruitment;• Recruitment of passive candidates– The selected firm shall actively recruit qualified candidates and shall not rely solely on advertising or responses to posted recruitment notices.• Executive outreach;• Confidential candidate identification, subject to applicable Florida public records requirements;• Candidate relationship management;• Recruitment of passive candidates; and• Ongoing candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.– Candidate Screening and Evaluation• Verification of minimum qualifications;• Evaluation of relevant municipal executive experience;• Evaluation of education and professional experience;• Evaluation of leadership competencies– Background Investigations– Candidate Presentation: Provide the agency with information necessary to evaluate the strongest qualified candidates identified through the recruitment process.– Interview Assistance: The agency anticipates conducting a minimum of two (2) rounds of interviews as part of the selection process.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 15, 2026.
