(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial maintenance services to the government authority located in Evanston, WY.– Damp Mop– Remove tar/oil spots – Spray Buff– Remove Heel Marks– Strip and Wax– Wash and clean thoroughly. Remove marks or other unsightly smudges, dirty spots, etc. immediately.(2) A mandatory pre–bid inspection and conference will be held on August 11, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
