RENTAL-2792 - USA (Frederick, Maryland) - Equipment Rental Service - Deadline October 26,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide equipment rental service to the government authority located in MD. – The monthly rental rate shall be based on a calendar month.– The weekly rental rate, per item, shall be based on a 5–day, 8–hour day.– The daily rental rate shall be based on an 8–hour day.– Rental rates shall be pro–rated based on the actual rental commencement date.– For equipment picked up at a rental facility, rental starts when equipment leaves yard and ends when the equipment is returned to rental facility.(2) A non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on October 1, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 15, 2026.
