Vendor needs to provide Oracle EBS implementation health check services.• Evaluate all deployed Oracle EBS modules for configuration health, process alignment and gap analysis against industry best practices and Oracle–recommended configurations.• The assessment shall cover each module individually and identify opportunities for improved process efficiency, unorthodox configuration issues, enhanced functionality adoption, and elimination of redundant or underutilized features.• The evaluation shall encompass current patching levels, performance benchmarks, disaster recovery and business continuity posture. Contractor shall identify technical risks, including any end–of–life concerns, and infrastructure optimization opportunities.• The assessment shall evaluate middleware platform health, data flow reliability, error handling and monitoring mechanisms, and integration architecture alignment with current best practices. • Contractor shall identify integration modernization opportunities and recommend strategies for improving data exchange reliability and scalability.• The assessment shall evaluate transactional data integrity, data archiving practices, and data lifecycle management. Reconciliations shall be evidence–based.
