(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based mobile integrated health management software. – Provide comprehensive Mobile Integrated Health (MIH) software solution that aligns with the city’s operational, clinical, and technical requirements.– Software must support clinical operations, administrative workflows, data management, reporting, and interoperability needs.– Platform leverages AI tools to improve efficiency and support the diagnosis of chronic health conditions.– Solution should address all current gaps and support the MIH program’s continued growth.– Implement a reliable, user friendly MIH software platform that improves operational efficiency through integrated scheduling, documentation and communication tools.– Provide scheduled updates and new releases for the software, as well as defect correction as needed.– Provide customer support and timely resolution to issues that prevent the software’s application availability, reliability, and performance.– Software platform should have an interactive dashboard tool.– Software platform should contain documentation tools used to evaluate the quality, nature, and status of an individual’s condition when providing assistance or care.– Software solution should have the ability to verify a patient’s insurance information on scene directly within the system.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 15, 2026.
