Vendor needs to provide radiology workflow management system to provide end to end, full featured radiology workflow management.– This system must provide high–powered automation tools for exam ordering, scheduling, registration, UC–CDS compliance, does & supply capture, DICOM SR & DICOM MWL, workload assignment, report dictation/creation, peer learning & peer review, billing, clinical analytics, critical test result management, and teleradiology university compatible with any EMR, PACS, or HIS system– Must include patient status tracking program– Provide DICOM modality work list function with integration & connectivity to all existing site modalities at go live. Modality must be DICOM MWL enabled. Must support MPPS.– Patient Web Portal must have the ability to request exams and appointments to include date and time. Must have the ability for eCheck–In. Must have the ability to view and download reports in PDF format. Must have the ability to view images in patient portal using PACS viewer.– Report Distribution Module must provide automatic final report generation to ordering/referring physicians via network printer, enciypted email, auto cloud fax. Reports & patient information should be stored in the module for an unlimited period of time.– Scan to PACS must allow the user the ability to send documents, eForms, scanned or imported into the system to be converted to DICOM and sent to the PACS for radiologist to review.
